PREPARATION & USAGE
250gms – Serves 3
Warm the oil, stir in the ginger–garlic paste, then pour in the curry sauce. Mix in your chosen vegetables or meat along with any spices. Slowly incorporate hot water until the texture is just how you like it. Finish by topping the dish with fresh coriander leaves. consistency. Once done, garnish with coriander leaves.
