Rapeseed Oil, Onions, Tomatoes, Ginger, Asafoetida, Dried Fenugreek leaves, Fresh Coriander leaves, Whole and ground spices.
PREPARATION & USAGE
250 gms – Serves 3
Pour the contents into a pan and heat the sauce. Add salt to taste. Add boiled chickpeas, then gradually add hot water until you achieve your preferred consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves.
