At Cook Smart, we follow strict food-safety measures and procedures and take great care when preparing orders for our customers.
Please be advised that food is packaged and packed in an environment that handles all 14 allergens prescribed in government guidelines. The 14 allergens are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans,
sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
We do not use Preservatives to extend shelf life.
We use fresh ingredients to cook our curry sauce and Dal pots. It is the way you like; your daily home cooked food, which should be free from any colourings, flavourings and preservatives
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
Because our meals are delivered fresh, we’re unable to accept returns. If you won’t be home, please provide clear instructions for the delivery driver—whether it’s a safe spot to leave your box or a trusted neighbour who can receive it on your behalf.
