At Cook Smart, we follow strict food-safety measures and procedures and take great care when preparing orders for our customers.
Please be advised that food is packaged and packed in an environment that handles all 14 allergens prescribed in government guidelines. The 14 allergens are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans,
sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts,
cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
We do not use preservatives to extend shelf life.
We use fresh ingredients to cook our curry sauce and Dal pots. It is the way you like; your daily home cooked food, which should be free from any colourings, flavourings and preservatives
As our meals are delivered fresh, meals cannot be returned to sender. If you aren’t in, the delivery driver will follow the instructions given on the checkout page, so please make sure you put down a safe place to leave your box or a friendly neighbour who will take the box in for you.
